This is a fun method with lots of OOHS and AHHS!  You do not need to have art experience, just the willingness to experiment & be open to the results.   You will learn the techniques of 'dirty pour', 'swipe method' and 'flip cup' along with how to mix the paint in order to get the beautiful cells this media creates. Weekly Oil Painting Classes with Paula Peacock Weekly oil painting classes for the beginner covering painting techniques, color theory, composition, featuring the subject of Still-Life. You will gain an understanding of the oil painting process as you learn about color mixing, values, complements. Canvas prep, varnish, framing, mediums and paintbrush care will be discussed. Each student is encouraged to work at their own pace.  You choose which day of the week and I will try to be flexible. There are somedays I will not be available.
